For our protection plan subscribers
Your subscription gives you peace of mind knowing you have someone to call when unexpected issues pop up. While we’ll quickly connect you with the right professional for the job, please know this is not an emergency service. We work hard to get help to you as soon as possible, but it’s not the same as dialing 911 or an urgent response team.
Also, your monthly plan covers our coordination and support — it does not cover the cost of the actual repair work. You’ll pay the contractor directly for the services they provide.
For our project management service
When it comes to bigger projects — like a new roof, driveway, fence, or steel building — think of us as your trusted project manager. We are not contractors ourselves, nor do we claim to be. We handle the planning, connect you with trusted contractors, coordinate schedules, and make sure things stay on track.
Our project management fee is separate from what you pay the contractor for the actual work. You always have the final say and remain responsible for your project — we’re simply here to make the process easier, smoother, and less stressful.
